Below is step by step guide of our search process:
1. Taking a Brief
We invest time to fully understand our client’s to ensure we have an accurate assessment of the company and position. By listening and partnering with our clients and providing advice we help to create a detailed brief, encompassing culture fit, relevant skills and experience. By utilizing our comprehensive market analysis and networks at the very beginning of the brief we are able to add significant value in the early stages of the process and ensure we have a pinpointed recruitment process.
2. Internal Execution
We look internally to assign the most appropriate consultant and researcher from our regional team. We draw on all of our internal resources to determine key competitors, potential targets from an early stage.
3. Candidate Targeting
The ability to identify the right talent is paramount from an early stage. Our rigorous research techniques, enables us to fully examine and evaluate the market to identify ‘best fit’ individuals. All candidates deemed to be committed to the process are then interviewed face to face by our Senior Consultants to identify suitability. Our experience has enabled us to develop a track record in turning speculative meetings into concrete interest, ensuring our clients view the best talent the market has to offer.
4. Candidate Submission
We then present our recommendations to the client with a detailed interview assessment (value proposition) which outlines their relevant skill set, experience, motivations, work status, salary expectations, and mobility, all in direct relation to the position. We also ensure that we assess softer skills such as suitability to a particular company’s environment or culture, critical to recruitment retention.
5. Client/candidate Negotiation
We provide assistance with contract negotiations to both parties’ satisfaction. We stay involved even after a candidate accepts an offer, helping them to resign and on-board with you, ensuring a smooth transition.
6. Maintaining Client/candidate Engagement
We maintain regular contact after the appointment to ensure the placement is successful and objectives are being met on behalf of the client.
